Privacy

Plain language, then the table. We store your resume so you can re-check it and, if you ask, get an AI report or be matched to roles. We never sell it, never train models on it, and nobody contacts you without a separate, explicit consent. We keep your resume until you ask us to remove it: send a request from Delete my data and it is gone within 24 hours.

Sourcing consent

Storage for scoring and re-check is covered by the notice under the upload control. Being contacted about roles is a separate consent, shown only to profiles Flexiple actually places, asked after your score is on screen, never pre-ticked. Withdraw it any time from Delete my data.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can access a summary of what we hold, correct it, erase it, and nominate someone to act for you. Deletion requests are completed within 24 hours. Breaches are reported to the Data Protection Board and to you without delay. Our grievance officer is Grievance Officer, Flexiple.

Children

You must be 18 or older to give us an email address. The score itself needs no personal details beyond the resume, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Processors

Hosting (Fly.io, region Mumbai), file storage (S3-compatible object store), email delivery, and the AI providers named on the consent screen, each under a processing agreement. Data may be processed outside India with the safeguards the Act allows.
